We sell natural honey and related products for personal use.  We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, but small variations in colour or consistency may occur as our honey is a natural product.

4.  Liability Disclaimer

We aim to ensure our honey is safe and of high quality, but we cannot accept liability for misuse or allergic reactions.  Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of this website or the products, except where required by UK consumer protection law.

5.  Delivery Terms

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.  
Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment.  
Delivery Methods: Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, depending on size and weight.  
Delivery Costs: Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.  
Delays: While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather).  
Non-Delivery or Damaged Goods: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is missing or damaged.  We may request photo evidence and will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6.  Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.  
Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in resalable condition.

To cancel an order or arrange a return, email us at info@bradstonehoney.com with your order number.  Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

7.  Governing Law

This website and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
